- Korte's doesn't provide a protective service for perishable items, so the receiver is responsible for any damage that occurs due to heat or cold exposure.
- • Claims WHEN SHIPPING
- Call Korte’s for any claims on damaged or slow to deliver perishable items; we will see if UPS will accept a claim for the shipment. Once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands.
